The key to our success is our line of small research furnaces which allows us to develop new applications on a small scale prior to processing the raw material in production quantities. We work closely with our customer’s engineers and scientists to fully understand their requirements for the raw material end use. By continually modifying our vacuum furnaces with special gas flow systems and pump controls, we are capable of operating in vacuum, partial pressure, or various ratios of atmospheric pressure during the heating cycle. Introduction of slow pump controls makes it possible for Solar Atmospheres to even successfully heat treat and chemically convert various nanopowder raw materials.
